Bio
Matthew Conte is a PhD student in the Department of Archaeology and Art History working on Jeulmun foodways, under the supervision of Prof. Kim Jangsuk with the lab supervision of Prof. Bates. Matthew’s project will be a ground-breaking study of the ‘Mesolithic-Neolithic’ transitions in Korea through the lens of food and agricultural/cultivation developments.
