Bio
Kim Sunghui is an MA in the Department of Archaeology and Art History interested in climate change and archaeology. Sunghui is working in the lab to gain archaeobotanical experience, looking at both identification and morphometrics. Sunghui is interested in understanding human-environment interactions, especially how past climatic changes influenced human societies and material culture. She is interested in the Neolithic of Korea and the Jomon Period of Japan and is currently training in archaeobotanical analysis with a focus on phytoliths.
